But, honestly, it's not that good. With this huge cool down time, it's not very useful against too tier ninja like Kaguya, Naruto, Madara, etc as far as battledome scenarios go.

OT:Indeed, it may sound crazy coming from a naruto fan but i don't really want to see sasuke as an underdog, he should continue to be a badass and show more feats. And finally become good friend of Naruto and K11. I honestly don't want to see Sasuke and Naruto fight at this point.
