I see a lot of hype about Sasuke wanting to create a "revolution". Though I suspect, people don't actually know what it means. It means overthrowing the current government that has the rule over the country implementing changes in the system. With that being said, Sasuke doesn't want to do anything special or different from those who tried it before. The only difference is that they didn't use the exact word.

Orochimaru, Danzou(to some degree), Obito, Madara, etc. They all wanted to overthrow the current rule and implement their own law in the system. I assume that every other Indra's descendant tried the same. So to summarize, again, Sasuke doesn't want to do anything different than his failed predecessors. Maybe I misunderstood something, so share your thoughts.

It's like the Shinobi World just recently created its first UN then a lone terrorist barges in and blows the place up while shouting "Revolution!"

Well put. He is different from Orochimaru, and Danzo though; maybe it's just because of the justification of peace.

So, you decide without hearing his explanation?

Well, his character is very different, yeah. But his ideals have the same roots as others did. I'm sure Orochimaru and Danzou wanted some form of peace under their dream rule.

He'll explain what "hokage" means to him, but ultimately, his goal is the same as others'.

Yep. They all wanted peace and happiness. They just needed to kill people to bring about their peace. Sasuke really is no different.

It's okay, though, because Naruto is going to end the cycle.

U mean as to how he plans to achieve it and what kind of world he wants to accomplish? We know that already?
We don't even know y he considers the Kages failures or y he thinks they have to die.

All Orochimaru ever wanted was to be the "supreme being" with the knowledge of every Jutsu. His dream was originally to revive his parents or something like that, wasn't it? It was corrupted.

I don't know about Danzo, he claims he did everything for Konoha, yet he killed off the messenger toad and was nowhere when Pein attack Konoha and decimated the village.

Sure, we know that he wants to achieve it through force, which equals in tyranny or dictatorship. As to what kind of world, the first sentence also gives the answer to that. I just meant that his goal/way isn't different, he just used another word to describe it. A cooler word, if you ask me.

Now that I think about it, you're right. Although I think I saw some form of grief towards Jiraiya when he spoke with Tsunade so that gives me hope he's actually human. Or maybe I'm just dreaming.

Danzou was dirty. I think he saw an opportunity with Pain and secretly hoped that he'll kill everyone so Danzou could start from scratch or something like that.

Apply it to the current world, Sasuke suddenly doesn't seem so bad, the problem with the ninja world and our world is the same. There are only a view profiting from the current system and a lot of people, our planet is the victim of this greed. We are still too tribal, we don't think of the future. Most people don't want war, most people don't want hunger and suffering. I think that most people want to preserve the planet for our children and fellow earthlings.

But look around, the world is going to shit, wars, suffering, innocent people dying because of greedy people's old way of thinking.

This is the first times, the past ans present becomes one. The current Kage understood the struggle they had, and they are finally brining that change. This is hardly the time to act since he will make it even worse then what is was before. Naruto changed it already, he created this peace he has been wanting forever, and now Sasuke wants to destroy everything once again. Unacceptable.

I don't think it will be something as boring as Sasuke planning on seating himself on the throne because he is the strongest. That would just be stupid. Sorry, but there has to be more to it.

I absolutely agree. And we/manga needs change. But how to achieve that change is digressing a bit. Sasuke is just doing the same thing Madara, for example, did.

Precisely. We could say that Sasuke is interfering with this change to destroy the actual change that the system needs.

I think he's changed, for now... Lol

Danzo was double edged sword and entirely unpredictable. I think that the wars just ****ed him over tbh.

I agree, but the way he's wanting to achieve it are those types of rule by the book.

Kishimoto agrees with you. Sasuke's self center ways are just causing trouble at this point.
