Sasuke's real Intent

I think people overlook Sasuke's intent and misinterpreted his words. I believe that what he meant by not letting the village and his brother go to waste is that he doesn't want his brother nor Teuchi to go to waste. Understand that since Teuchi is a nine tails user(His ramen calms Naruto's chakra and senses and he has the nine tails in him) Sasuke will use the Hokages, Taka and Teuchi's power to defeat Naruto. What do you guys think? Yes or yes?
