I have read trough his evil eyes and i saw this ..
So these are the steps of his evil mastermind plan...

1.)Becoming Hokage.
2.)Use his title to get all the girls in konoha.
3.)Have *** with them and make them pregnant.
4.)Restore his clan.

Simple as that ... xD

Thats why all the guys from konoha were angry when he switched sides... :)

One flaw in the plan, Sasuke isn't heterosexual. Why do you think he focused on killing Itachi first and NOT remakin' his clan? He picked the easier goal, for him, to do first....
