Sasuke's punishment?

I was thinking about this and the reality is that despite sasuke's antics he won't receive punishment because how could they punish him?

They can't lock him up because what prison would contain him? He's easy kage level

They could kill him but would they really turn on the guy who helped stop edo tensei and brought the hokages to the battle? Killing him would just continue that cycle of hatred and revenge that everyone's so desperate to stop. Furthermore it would be the end of the uchiha (obito is clearly going to die).

They could exile him from the village but I don't see him returning to the leaf after the war.

Don't think so! I bet hes gonna die soon .. but if he does surivev i think he will be a hero as well he actually didn't do anything since Hachibi/Killer Bee survived. He took down Kabuto with Itachi and when Madara was fading away Tsuchikage said whoever is responsible for stopping the edo tensei is heroes so no, hopefully no punishment

If he was put in a prison it's not like they would expect him to not use his justu.

I would hope they wouldn't care about ending the Uchiha all that much, as they were the sole cause of the war. That's when Naruto will fight him.

He's already exiled, "As you are already exiled Sasuke we have no choice but to DOUBLE EXILE YOU!!!"

There are many ways... They can seal him in So6P's pot or put him in a unbreakable genjutsu... or a power-absorbing cell (like Kairoseki in OP)...
Or simply a public execution...!!!

Why should he be punished? Gaara did worst things than him and he became Kazekage. Sasuke will probably be a hero after this war because he and Naruto will stop the Juubi, I don't know if his coming to Konoha but still if the greatest of them all Hashirama has no problem with him being good know,I don't see why everyone else should.

A lot of people want Sasuke to die...

Well, looking into DBZ, Vegeta did a lot of bad things and stayed back in earth and protect the peeps. I'm pretty sure that will parallel with that idea of Sasuke wanting to protect Konoha and it's people. (Vegeta = Sasuke & Goku = Naruto)...

I don't think Sasuke would get punished... Tsunade or Kakashi (Back-Up Hokage) will definitely accept Sasuke back to Konoha. It's been Naruto's determination and his strong will to bring his childhood friend back to the village.

For the the hype of Naruto versing Sasuke it might not happen. It would probably just end up with Sasuke settling well and calmly and having off-springs just like Vegeta whilst Naruto takes charge and one-day becomes the villages Hokage.

My logic seems a bit skewed, but hey Naruto is turning into DBZ and so I'm going to take the advantage of how both of them realms correlate to each other and parallelism of it.

I don't really care tbh, so long as they don't give him some political status I'm fine. I don't he deserves jack shit, but whatever :/

But as for punishment, exile is a good fit. But Kishi is way too g-rated these days when it comes to Sasuke to even consider that option
