I doubt it, there's nothing to say Sasuke's PS is greater than Madara's, and Madara combined his with the 9 tails fox, so odds are Sasuke's would shatter just like Madara's.
However Sasuke has other ways to counter it.

Yes it can, susanoo is weaker when put over a tailed beast. It's not solid condensed chakra in the middle as it would normally be. Using Madara's susanoo wrapped around Kyubi is a poor example of tanking ability. It tanked beast ball even as just a shield whereas senju's first got blown of low difficulty.

His PS is obviously stronger than Madara's due to it being amped by Six Paths chakra. I'm inclined to say yes although having it become more powerful doesn't necessarily mean that it would become sturdier. On the other hand, there's no reason to believe it wouldn't. Six Paths chakra amplified his Susanoo by alot so Im going to go ahead and say yes.

As the first fellow answered you, it can't. Sasuke's PS is just the same as Madara's in offense and defence. That doesn't mean Sasuke would lose to Hashirama, because he beats him in a fight. With his PS's speed feats, he could create a distance and launch his attacks until the 1000 arms are destroyed, whereas Shinsusenju can't do a thing in long range.
