Cuzz sauce cut meteors .....
Madara cut mountains easily.
Madara used mountains to create Meteors.
Sasuke cut those meteors.

NO, sasuke's susanoo is heads and shoulders above madara's. in fact, it shouldn't even be called a PS since it's a level above it. It's the same susanoo that Indra used.
