EMS is enough to match Naruto, we just haven't seen Sasuke go all out in a fight yet, to see what power it holds. He'll need a new power up for Madara & Obito, I assume he'll unlock his ancestor dojutsu.

Don't know why people say BM naruto=EMS sasuke... The only difference between MS and EMS is that the user doesn't go blind. There's no increase in chakra and no new abilities. Itachi did more with MS than sasuke could with EMS.
SM naruto=MS sasuke=EMS sasuke... Whatever powerup sasuke gets while he's with Orochimaru will make him equal to BM naurto. I hope sasuke gets the Rinnegan before seeing naruto again.

Well it's only logical that he'd perfect the Susano'o at some point.

Any possibility that one of Naruto's "kyubi chakra arms" can reach into Sasuke's PS and either harm him or pull him out? Guy's attack damaged Madara with Susano. Also, what is the difference between Susano and perfect susano? Is there any new ability or does it just get bigger?

Probably, but it's not that easy.

Well the offense and defense increases quite much, though there might be more to it.
