sasuke's powerup

we all know sasuke and naruto got new abilities almost at the same time.but people have been going around saying sasuke and naruto are meant to be equals,which kishi has never mentioned,neither have i seen it in the manga or any interview.
the manga mentioned that being equal with sasuke was his own driving force.we all know who is stronger now,but thats not where am going.
what i want to ask is,since naruto and sasuke have their fated final fight.whe know sasuke cant pose enough treat for naruto.
Since naruto has the perfect counter for everyone of sasuke's techniques
1.sasuke has an ultimate defence,naruto also has his kurama
2.all gengutsu are null and void
3.narutos super strength is at its highest,since he was strong enough to hold madaras sussanno sword
4.he is the fastest shinobi alive
5.the most important thing is that he has nearly unlimited chakra,too much stamina for his own age,probably will outlast sasuke.even sasukes best technique drains his chakra exponentially
sasuke cant have rinnegan,because he has no senju cell,and tobi cant give sasuke senju cells because,lets face it juubi is ressurected,he doesnt have any use for sasuke
the only plausible one is PS,but what are its requirement and how will he get it.

He may get senju cells from oro ... N yas sasuke needs powerups coz we want to see a awesome naruto vs sasuke fight in the end so they must be equal

Wrong Naruto was able to dodge A's fastest attack in KCM. Please get your facts straight.

Back to subject: Sasuke will probably get Perfect Susanoo and something else on top of it. He can just be EMS Madara's equal he has to surpass him, just like how Naruto is on the road to surpassing Hashirama.
