Sasuke's powers are stagnant

e since kaguya got defeated, sasuke's powers become stagnant due to 2 main reasons :


1-he is no longer a main character : since boruto Manga focuses on new kids generation..


2-there is no character who will give sasuke new free powerups : as you know 90% of sasuke's strenght came from free powerups but sadly this time sasuke will not be able to obtain new free powers ups becuz there's no hagoromo, no itachi,to give him free powerups and i dont think orochimaru will be willing to give since sasuke free powerups after that sasuke's betrayal Orochimaru...
