I agree on what you said about orochimaru...But sasuke wouldn't be anywhere right now if it wasn't for itachi. Itachi earned the mangekyou on his own. Why couldn't sasuke try to earn the mangekyou for himself aswell? The only answer i can come up with right now is because sasuke is weak and cannot do so.

No. It does not just happen...Do you read the manga? Most of the strongest sharingans are obtained by killing someone or many people who are close to you. It doesn't "JUST HAPPEN". Itachi gained his by killing most of his family and his best friend. Why he did it is a different story...but he still got it by doing so

I think it's messed up really. Kakashi got the MS out of the blue. Maybe Kakashi had MS from a long time. Itachi was impressed with Sasuke's skill especially acknowledging that if he didn't have Susanoo. Sasuke would of killed him. Itachi was gonna die anyways. He just decided to give him the MS, as a present. Besides you know that by time. Naruto wouldn't have been able to fight Itachi that well just like Sasuke did. Also, Sasuke could of had MS at the end of Part I, if he killed Naruto. He spared Naruto because Sasuke cares too much about him. :sy:

:rofl: just by reading this I can tell you don't read the manga. Itachi states later on that Shisui gave Itachi one of his eyes and killed himself. Mangeykou happens by feeling emotional pain for a loss it's not as simple as going to kill your best friend. You actually have to feel the pain, thats why many clan members failed to gain it. Sasuke would have killed Nartuo if he really wanted to gain Mangeykou

Agreed. I don't think we know enough about the mangekyou yet to be debating on how exactly its obtained... I'm sure kakashi had to do SOMETHING to obtain the magekyou.

I mean it's really fk'd up on the plot, since he never showed it in Part I. Maybe Sasuke learned the MS faster than Kakashi, because he is an Uchiha. Kakashi might of taken many years, because he's not an Uchiha.

What I'm trying to point out is that you can't call Sasuke weak because you think he couldn't get Mangekyou on his own when he was never trying to get it in the 1st place.

He did nothing to Gain EMS, Tobi Gave him itachi's eyes on a whim.

Sasuke had to act as a loyal subject and follow Tobi's orders in order to gain the EMS so no it was a freebie.
