Sasuke's Power-up. Rinnegan or Perfect Susanoo?

As of right right now the only two power-ups that are in Sasuke's reach are these two.

1. The Rinnegan which requires Senju DNA.

2. The Perfect Susanoo which requires the chakra to be stabilized.

In my opinion, he will obtain Perfect Susanoo and here's why.

If you look at the two, you can see that they have the exact same characteristics (the flickering chakra, the arms, the eyes, and the jewels on their foreheads) this indicates that they are somewhat similar in a way. Now what did Madara do to his Perfect Susanoo unstabilized? He stabilized it and it transformed into this.

Sasuke could possibly do the same to his Susanoo by stabilizing it, and by transforming into a stronger Susanoo, he may finally gain access to the Totsuka Blade and Yata Mirror that he was suppose to get from Itachi's eyes.

Only then would be on par with Bijuu Naruto since Madara said that the Perfect Susanoo's power is comparable to the Bijuu.

But if somehow Sasuke were to Rinnegan instead, that wouldn't really help him because Naruto has fought against it so many times that he probably figured out how to counter the Rinnegan's techniques like Kakashi did.

But what do you guys think? Will Sasuke gain Perfect Susanoo or the Rinnegan?

i think he'll eventually get both tbh. and i also think he has itachi's legendary tools already. but anyhow, to surpass madara he needs to have the ems and rinnegan at his prime. and while it is true that naruto knows how to fight the rinnegan, the sum of parts is greater than the whole. PS, the legendary tools and the rinnegan are a close to unbeatable combination. I bet even the so6p might need to break a sweat to defeat that.

Excellent thread...I think he will actually gain both because he will essentially be the strongest Uchiha to ever live when it's all said and done...Naruto surpassed his parents it's only right Sasuke surpasses the former members of his clan and restore the uchiha name

I would much rather him get PS. But then again, we don't really know if you need Rinnegan to gain PS yet. Either way I agree with the fact that Naruto has fought against Rinnegan so many times that it wouldn't be all that exciting, and plus I think Sasuke would look weird with it...

And if he does get rinnegan I hope he manipulates all elements instead of six path techniques
No one has ever done that yet except ten year old nagato

If he were to gain both, then that would too much even for Naruto.

But those are the only two power-ups that are within Sasuke's reach. Without either one how will he and Naruto be equals by the end of the series?
