As I've stated countless times now Sasuke Uchiha currently has the most potential in the Naurto Universe. But the question is how much? Now, a black hole is so far fetched, right? Right. That's the point of potential to try and see how far one can go so there's no need to bash me or my ideas.
Even Orochimaru agrees and he's the smartest in Naruto Universe:

Sasuke Uchiha currently either holds the title for most praise ever (along side Itachi of course), but: The sage, orochimaru, madara, kakashi, j man, even minato, etc. praised him. The sage alone is enough indeed to prove his worthiness.
Now, to the topic of this thread... Sasuke and potentially creating a black hole:
Sasuke rightfully has a time-space ninjutsu which seemingly has a limit.
Sasuke also posses CT which is a strong gravitational pull (and a seal)
Now the trick is that Sasuke's CT doesn't have a core and the time-space ninjutsu in itself is dimension travel which can't be traced (which leads back to the definition of black hole) even naruto can't sense in another dimension:

Now to say that mixing jutsu's are a stretch isn't fair to say... in fact that's how most elements if not all of them were formed in the first place and rinnegan certainly aids that possibility.
Sasuke is even capable in matching the Sage of Six Paths with mixtures of chakra and jutsu:
