I believe Sasuke will be able to do Kamui. His Rinnegan can use all Rinnegan powers and his EMS will let him copy Sharingan powers like Kamui. He just saw Obito do it.

And since when does EMS and rinnegan copy other sharingan powers? If they could madara would have had no need to take obito's eye from kakashi to use kamui. He would just have been able to recreate the technique himself.

Second tomoe rinnegan. Although I wonder why few (only Kakashi) copy jutsu when it's suppose to be a staple power of the basic sharingan-I think.

Believe it or not i agree. That would be a cool power for sasuke to have. The ability to copy any dojutsu hes seen.
