What would be his next plan of action, kill all of the remaining people and form his own world? I still don't get where Sasuke was going with this.

That depends if the world doesn't want to continue this peace. Nothing seems to suggest that it would end outside of people thinking that Naruto is somehow the leader of the Gokage. It's called cooperation for a reason.

Not to mention their ideals are passed down from generation, to generation. I have no doubt that this peace will continue even after they die. Even if one were to rise against it, who is going to stop the Shinobi Alliance?

The Uchiha's? The clan is done and the last Uchiha outside of Sasuke is going to be the Hokage.
Any other threats? They'd get slaughtered going against shinobi from the Five Nations.

What about if a nation decided to revolt for some absurd reason because they felt betrayed? If they decided to start a war, then what-ever left of the SA would stop them.

I do think though the best course of action would be to unite the villages under one rule, but you can't force that overnight. Which is why the Alliance right now is needed for any future progress. This kind of peace and stability is better in the long run.

The only true threats in Naruto right now are the Otsutsuki Clan. If Naruto and Sasuke don't stop them, there will be no one left. God knows the Indra and Asura line is ending after Naruto and Sasuke. Their children are most likely going to unite that line and it's game over from there :lol

Then Toneri comes out from his lunar home and negs the others. I doubt Sasuke with that mindset would care about the welfare of his teammates.

Well you're not wrong ... Shinobi can seal techniques into scrolls so it may be possible for a scientist to replicate Space and Time travel.

The thing about Naruto's side, is that it's kind of like how it is now. Except without the entire world in some kind of alliance, most of the world is just under the general rule that they cannot do certain things without consequence. For the Shinobi World they must want this peace to exist, because if not then it wouldn't. If they don't want; War, death, and for their people to suffer like the past, then they would probably commit themselves into finding a way to stop it.

The thing about Madara is he was a special case. I don't think there is anyone alive that could have caused War to start. Much less anyone in the current generation of Boruto's being powerful enough to cause fear.

Only Naruto and Sasuke can do this. Because if they were to ever turn evil all Hell would break loose.

Nah, if he would of had all the bijuu's chakra he would of easily defeated both of them alone (seeing that there's no possible way to destroy the bijuu he would most likely keep the chakra).

Plus he would have both of his arms too

What would be his next plan of action, kill all of the remaining people and form his own world? I still don't get where Sasuke was going with this.

If Sasuke killed Naruto he would have kept the tailed beasts to power his susanoo so I don't see him losing to Toneri.

Its possible Sasuke could use his biju susanoo to beat Momo since the biju susanoo combined with Kurama beat Momo so quick.

If Naruto is dead then Sasuke doesn't need to waste chakra to go to another dimension and he may wait for Momo to come to fight him.

Sasuke may also have a team of ninja trained who fight for him if he succeded his revolution plan and they could be useful for using taijutsu against Momo (Like a team led by Taka members).
