Well, since it's an Uzumaki Scroll, there's a very slim chance that it actually contains the Fūinjutsu of becoming a Jinchūriki, but I really couldn't see either Sasuke or Naruto yanking out Jūbi from Jūbito tbh.

what if the zetsu that disappeared inside jugo had rods in it and is gonna be controlled by madara(or some uchiha)
and everytime jugo absorbs nature energy the rods will absorb it from Jugo.. and Sasuke already has Jugo DNA maybe from the time when Jugo fused his skin with Sasuke to heal him vs Bee.
