if orochimaru had hid the scroll why didn't he bring the world into his control? -
it is just kishi exaggerating like carnage is coming etc.
what is the thing only orochimaru can do?
I think it's a password to a place , suigetsu may have thought as oro highest disciple sasuke may know the password- oro didn't give pass to sasuke ensuring his revival.
What might be the place/in the place?
some one old enough to tell him something & a weapon of sage of six paths, we have seen all So6p weapons but not the one having a
long shaft with rings on it and it is also shown in almost every picture of So6p.

purpose of sasuke:
naruto has access to unlimited chakra, sage+kurama---- not enough to kill current madara or stop Juubi
so
Sasuke with unlimited chakra/ or strong power(third sage mode or So6p weapon ) has to help him
about the fight between Naruto and sasuke:
They may fight for hokage place on equal terms as leaf shinobi.(sasuke for making clan proud and naruto for his dream)
and Naruto will win it
