I'm just putting this out there, there have already been a lot of threads in the past about this, what exactly is your point? Smaller=weaker? Cause if that is, it's not very good logic to judge something by, smaller=/=weaker, besides it's been stated one can manipulate susano'o shape a bigger susano'o then needed is just a waste of chakra and power, Plus sasuke's susano'o is faster yet still potently strong.
