How is it obvious? Because fanboys can't get off his nuts? No offense, but there is NO evidence to support that he will get it, nor is there any evidence suggesting that anyone other than Madara can do PS. It IS extremely possible that HE WILL NEVER STAND A CHANCE AGAINST NARUTO AGAIN, so don't go saying "It's OBVIOUS" when really it isn't and Sasuke doesn't need to pull ANOTHER power up out of his ass.

For all we know he doesn't have a perfect susanoo. That was Madara's thing until the manga says otherwise. And vice versa Madara does not have blaze release.

So far he only has an enhanced final Susanoo, the perfect form comes from the final form with its chakra stabilized. As seen here:

Seems plausible, then it'll be like sasuke has a curse mark sorta thing going on, and when he stabilises his chakra, it might turn into a hawk with the susanoo beak thing. That'll be awesome
