I came to the conclusions because 1. Susano'o is Indra's jutsu 2. Sasuke and Naruto's fight was a parallel to Indra and Ashura's 3. the Sage showed a flashback of his sons to both Naruto and Sasuke so Sasuke might have seen the tech similar to how he saw Madara use the Susanoo on Kurama

Let's pretend that Indra's Arrow is Indra's jutsu.

It is nowhere comparable to Sasuke's version. Sasuke already has a shit ton more potent Chakra from the SO6P, compared to Indra. Now add that with the absorbed Chakra of 8.5 Bijuu's (Something Ashura probably had) there is no way Indra is matching Sasuke's version of Indra's Arrow.
