Recently, we've seen that Lord Sasuke is still able to summon Snakes.

People don't realize that this actually gives Sasuke a HUGE power up. Having a contract with the snakes logically allows Lord Sasuke to summon Manda 2.

Note that Manda 2 has one of the best physical strength feats being able to MOVE ISLANDS. Since Manda 2 is a part of Lord Sasuke's arsenal, carrying islands is also a part of Lord Sasuke's power.

Kabuto created Manda by himself and for himself, i don't think Manda 2 is a legit snake summoning.
