is sasuke the true brother of itachi?

in chapter 590 danzo says that sasuke has doubts origins (i read this chapter in italian maybe the translator has did a mistake).

what do you think about this?

What? I don't see that written anywhere. if you are you referring to:

"...Your unknowing little brother included."

Then, er, no. Unknowing in this case means ignorant, as in, Sasuke was not aware of anything that was going on with Itachi.

And you say it as "has made" a mistake.

At that time Sasuke was unaware about what Uchiha clan was doing thats why he mentioned as "Unknowing" thats all. Your translator is right. You are miss-interpreting the things....

Well, Danzo basically said to even kill the children, which would mean Sasuke included. I'm pretty sure that's not something Itachi wanted to hear; the Third was just being considerate.

Altough that could have been funny, i vote for translation mistake. Unknowing little brother=Sasuke was not aware of his clan's intentions to take over Konoha.
