Sasuke's new "Speed"

Sasuke's speed hasn't improved that much. If you read this scan you can see that he didn't "simply move":

He probably used his left eye to get close to Madara. I assume he possesses a new rinnegan ability witch can teleport
trough different dimensions, or even stop time. His base speed is in no way faster than Naruto, so please stop these
Sasuke spam threads. Im not even that much of a Naruto fan, but i just had to clarify this.

What you pointed out was from his jutsu. What you failed to point out (

) was from his pure speed. You showed Madara blocking Naruto's attack, but he didn't block Sasuke's.

I'm not saying Sasuke is faster than Naruto. But you really didn't portray this well at all. If you're going to talk about Sasuke's speed, then mention his speed.

Keep in mind that Madara saw Sasuke coming but was too slow to react.

Naruto aimed at Madara's face. Sasuke had a weapon and aimed at his waist to cut him in half. Why didn't he aim at his head? might as well finish him for good if he could. right?
