He surpassed Kakashi's incomplete usage of Chidori, he tamed the Lightning itself.




Sasuke can do whatever he wants with his Chidori/Black flames/Senjutsu.

Naruto is absolutely useless without Kyuubi so Sasuke needs to handle the things all by himself.
He just needs to adjust his Chidori just like he was doing that with the Senjutsu or his flames and there you go a complete new Perfect Susano'o is born.

what is the point of having full body chidori when he uses ameterasu

instead i suggest that his sussanoo can be the epicentre and from there chidori waves can propagate in all directions then it will be a offensive and defensive long range attack furthet since his susanoo is still active if the likes of minato speed blitz and avoid the waves of electricity sasuke will still have certain level of protection
