something is channeled through his sword. kinda looks like blue fire to me. or could it be combination of fire and lightning?

Kirin ain't happening, it's pretty clear that technique was reserved for Itachi - the person Sasuke hated and loved the most. I doubt he's gonna use it on Ootsutsuki alien #2302.
