i've come to the conclusion that Sasuke is simply incapable of being happy unless he has something or somebody to be angry at. Check this out:

First he had to be mad at Itachi/Naruto.
After leaving Konoha, he had to be mad at Itachi.
After Itachi died, he had to be mad at Konoha.
After hearing Hashirama's story, he had to be mad at Madara.
After arriving to the battlefield, he had to be mad at the bijuu.
After the bijuu was removed from Obito, he had to be mad at him.
When Madara became the opponent, Sasuke went back to being mad at him.
After he saw Kakashi use a PS, he got mad.
After he saw Madara on the ground, he got mad at him again.
And recently, he had to get mad at the Gokage and the bijuu.

Dude just doesn't know how to be happy by being happy.

I think its kinda simple.... He's said it a bunch already, he wants to get rid of the current "system"
I'm guessing he's intending to get rid of the need for 5 different Kages so he can be the 1 ruler/dictator/Hitler.
5 different people, though theres potential for community and comradeship, there is also much potential for conflict and fighting. Sasuke thinks if there is only 1 leader, there will be no conflict.

So it's not personal towards them, they just need to be eliminated for his "revolution" to occur.

He didn't kill Obito probably because he was a necessary "tool" to defeat Kaguya. I say tool because Sasuke is a very logical character. He's uses what is needed until it loses usefulness.

When he saw Madara on the ground, I don't think it was anger, more than worry. If Madara was still alive, it would pose a threat to his "revolution". Kakashi is not a threat any longer (lost his Sharingon), Sakura isn't a threat cuz Sakura, and Sasuke knew the EdoKage would be released soon. So the only threats left was Madara, then Naruto n Bijuu.
