I don't get people who think it's ugly. Sasuke finally gets a ninja outfit, and it looks pretty cool. It's like an anbu without the mask.

In canon we only got:

Blue kid shirt -> Black kid shirt -> White pijama Kimono with ugly purple belt -> Grey old rag -> White again -> Hobo (the last) -> Wizard outfit with emo hair
