Sasuke's MS/EMS

This has probably been asked before but I was wondering, why is Sasuke's MS and EMS different then other Uchihas? why are Sasuke's colours different, like the red and black colour in his sharingan are switched, does this mean Sasuke is different the all the other Uchihas? maybe this is a sign

well i feel that every uchiha posses a different sharingan (MS) aand acc to their personalities and their level of haterd fr sumone.. (as tobirama said) and every MS is unique jst as everyones personality is unique ..
