If Sasuke does get Senju DNA the most likely source would be Orochimaru. Orochimaru being the source of Sasuke's power up seems very likely to me because doing things for Sasuke. Whether it was reviving the four Hokage's or saving the five Hokages and possibly even where he is headed now is somewhere aid Sasuke in the war.
Orochimaru shares the same dream as Sasuke, of changing this world and since he realized that the way he was doing things was wrong his sole focus set on seeing the path that Sasuke takes to achieve his goal and he doesn't want anyone to stop Sasuke until Sasuke can make his move.
Sasuke was late arriving to the battle field and for some reason during that off screen between the kages leaving and Sasuke and juugo arriving on the battlefield that made juugo question Sasuke's motives. This could have been a talk that Sasuke had with Taka or discussion Sasuke had with Orochimaru especially since originally Orochimaru was planning on going to the battlefield with Sasuke rather than taking his detour.
During this time Sasuke could have recieved:
1. Senju DNA, since Orochimaru knows what comes after the Sharingan is the Rinnengan he could have given Sasuke this power up to prepare Sasuke for the fight that lies ahead.
2. He could have given Sasuke a part of himself (basically what Kabuto did,but Sasuke formerly Supressing Orochimaru and being at his current power level could allow him to do what Kabuto couldn't and supress Orochimaru's influence. This process also becomes a lot easier since Orochimaru has a Zetsu body and just have Sasuke absorb a clone.)
3. Curse mark, really easy and seeing how Sasuke now has cells from juugo this could lead to Sasuke developing the same Cursemark Sage power as Juugo basically lv. 3 or it could mean that Juugo's cells relieve the strain that CM lv.2 usually brings.
