You dont have to kill your best friend, Kakashi didnt kill Obito or Gai, Shisui didnt kill Itachi and Sasuke didnt kill Naruto.

You have to kill your best friend to awaken MS and cause she didn't kill kushina so no MS for her

Itachi, Kakashi and Sasuke didn't kill their best friends.
