I think Sasuke's meeting the Uchiha Ancestor and the Senju because there the only one who knows how hatred boils down them deep inside! I also think he's going to meet sage of the six path becuz who else is so important that kismoto ends a chapter that leaves people so anxious. What do you guys think?

B. Sasuke wants to use this power, to meet a certain person, who happens to know, what Sasuke defines as "everything".
C. "Everything" most likely has something to with Konoha, the Uchiha clan, and whether, Itachi's choice was right/wrong.
D. As a result, Sasuke wants to know, which purpose, he should use his brothers (and his own) eyes for.

Your theory doesn't really fit above factual parameters, so I deem it unlikely. It's more likely to be a person, who knows what Itachi went through, and who knows a lot about the Uchiha clan and Konoha.

Possibilities:
A. Shisui
B. Izuna
C. Madara
D. Hashirama

And the list above in order, of which I deem more or less likely. If it's anyone outside this list, I will truly be amazed. The power in the scroll could be anything, it's not possible to say. Edo tensei alone would not let anyone take control of the war. It's more likely to be some even greater unknown jutsu.

Madara is my own little favorite. I still don't see the alliance being a match for him. I think only another EMS Uchiha could truly face him. Possibly the scroll contains the power to overtake an edo tensei summon. Thus it could be used to gain control over Madara (perhaps they need his DNA, thus went to Konoha to find it). Sasuke summons Madara to where he is. We get to see team Hebi +Orochimaru -Karin. Amazing setup, and Sasukes Susanoo will have its first real test. Oro will also show a new huge power-up. We never ever saw him getting real serious.

While that is a good question, I would say anything is possible. If the scroll truly contains the means for time travel, I doubt Sasuke would actually use it to directly interfere with the past. It's likely that he would go back in some spiritual form to see past events. This would give Kishi the possibility to show us, exactly what happened in key moments throughout the years, such as:

A. Exactly how did Madara obtain MS and later EMS.
B. Why did the Uchiha chose to assist the Senju in founding the leaf? How was the time being part of leaf compared to the time not being part of it.
C. Why did Madara leave the leaf, and of course the Hashirama vs Madara fight.

Later it could be possible, Sasuke wanted to know the specifics regarding the kuybi incident as well as the Uchiha massacre, however, I don't think he truly have any knowledge nor reason to put much thought into the Kuybi incident. And I think he feels that he knows enough regarding the Uchiha massacre. Thus I only think it's the above. But this is just my personal belief, so it's probably gonna be the opposite...

And after this it could be that he would join the fight either with or against Madara/Obito. The last thing is, it's also likely he would summon both Madara and Izuna with edo tensei. Having the means to resummon Madara to his location that is. And Izuna to get an explanation, but also to tell him about Madaras current doing, and ask Izuna, if he deem the use of his MS to be right or wrong. This is my own belief, and has been so for months. Though I still deem time travel an interesting perspective, but my money goes with the above.

I just had a wonderful thought, what if the predestination paradox applies, and Sasuke was always meant to travel back in time and meet Madara and unknowingly was the one who taught him EMS, then that would mean Sasuke is truly unable to alter the past if he was always meant to travel back in time.

Sasuke wants to learn everything about the leaf villiages past and the uchiha massacre... No one knows more about the leaf villiage than the past hokages. When sasuke showed oro the scroll, he automatically knew who sasuke wanted to talk to, that means that scroll links them to the people who knows everything. Hiruzen is the man who knows everything about the uchiha massacre, and the hokages in general are the people who know everything about the leaf villiage. That scroll most likely either summons the death reapers stomach or allows orochimaru to contact the hokages in the stomach, there may even be a way to get the hokages out of it, explaining why suigetsu said it might change the outcome of the war. I doubt its the elders because who ever they want to talk to is somehow connected to that scroll. If this theory comes true, that ive had since i first read the oro resurrection chapter it will make the manga become even more epic

And originally, before doing this, Naruto went back in time and stopped the Juubi, so Naruto is actually SO6P, who just changed time back then, which is also how ninjutsu was "invented". It didn't exist at the time, thus making it possible to stop even the Juubi, who had never seen ninjutsu before. And then he had a baby with Sasuke, who.... oh.. wait a minute..
