To be considered possibly above sasuke:

Itachi
Bee
Kakashi
7 swords mans ( Mangetsu on top)
Darui... with his clever sword (which he can imbu with chakra)
Asuma
hidan (i know everyone think he sucks but yet with his scythe he show some skills...)

They are all still one sided Sasuke has shown more overall mastery of weapons than anyone. Kakashi is a one to considered but seeing as his skill with a sword was not all that impressive I'm giving more to Sasuke.

First of all in the first image Itachi easily matched Sasuke when he was 80% blind with shurikens, so do you really think Sasuke is equal to a non blind Itachi? No. Second of all the part of Sasuke replicating Itachi's feat was filler. It never happened in the manga, so it's not too smart to bring it up as a feat.

The one with the pig was more to demonstrate Itachi's skill with ninja tools.
