What's been shown consistently is that kurama can heal naruto as if naruto is his body because they are "one" in a physical sense. Manga is showing kurama uses its natural healing ability on naruto as if he's kurama while never shown on anyone else except "helping recovery. Logically naruto can potentially heal anyone since kurama life force is much stronger than normal ninja, but kishi didn't seem to have that intention at all and giving kurama no healing feat outside of naruto except "helping recovery"

What I believe based on the movie is

1. Sasuke partially healed with his natural healing ability(everyone has that ability depends on chakra prowess and level)

2. Sasuke shook it all off like he got stabbed by shin

3. Then go all out rage mode like naruto

Well i can agree with this except shaking off the burned skin like multiple blade attacks but well jusr have to wait and see in the movie

I actually meant to say all 3 together. One first, two second then three for the last which is rage mode. And I'm sure the movie won't be more clearer than what we saw
