It's not a size inconsistency I noticed madaras legged susanoo isn't as big as it looks after watching the anime. I was like wait I thought they were bigger than that? Even with a downward view madaras legged susanoo isn't that big in comparison to sasukes its just the camera angles made it seem that way.
