actually salada look like sasuke by uchiha features and combine shape of face with sakura and sasuke both . people are just confuse because of her glasses.
if u see naruto and hinata's child it will confirm that its Naruto's but he dont have features of hinata . in real life child have both's features. so imo salada is more realistic.
