Sasuke's Left Arm

Did he ever get his prosthetic? I haven't seem him use his left arm yet, and I know he left the village before the prosthetic was finished, but I figured he would've gotten it during one of his return visits to the village, considering that he needs both arms for hand signs.

Sasuke can do 1 hand seal now, he used his right hand for his sword so nothing change that much.
In the movie, he could use shurikenjutsu with 1 hand, since he showed it to Bouto

Yeah he probably thinks he doesn't deserve an arm for all his crimes and sacrifices Naruto, Sakura, and Kakashi made for him. It's part of his redemption in a way. And what Kurama2012 said, its meant to always remind him of his past.
