Sasuke's Left and Right Eyes

Because of the release of chapter 585, people have been claiming that they knew sasuke didn't have access to the tsukuyomi, because he used a simple genjutsu on itachi rather than a full tsukuyomi. If this is true, then why is it that sasuke seems to use the tsukuyomi on;

a. The fodder guard of kumogakure's gate.
b. Killer Bee
c. C while fighting with darui and A
d. Danzo
(yes i know it's ironic that b is bee, c is c, and d is danzo. xd)

People have been claiming that sasuke's left eye is for amaterasu, and his right eye is for manipulation of amaterasu's flames(blaze release) only rather that for blaze release and tsukuyomi. This coupled with the fact that amaterasu and tsukuyomi need to be unlocked for susano'o to be used indicates that sasuke does in fact have the tsukuyomi.

Another slightly related topic is weather or not itachi implanted these abilities into sasuke. I have also read that people believe itachi implanted sasuke's mangekyou abilities into his eyes with his death. The way I read it, was that itachi implanted only one amaterasu into sasuke's eye to activate only upon seeing tobi's sharingan (as stated by tobi and itachi), but did NOT implant all of his abilities into sasuke's eye. I was under the assumption that since sasuke and itachi are siblings, their mangekyou powers are similar or the same.

If anyone has proof otherwise to either of these topics i would love to see.

Then why was tsukuyomi used on those 4 ninja? Danzo even said it was tsukuyomi.

Sasuke gained most, if not all, of Itachi's abilities when he implanted Itachi's eyes.

His left eye has Amaterasu and his right eye can can control Amaterasu. Whether he has Tsukuyomi is unknown. But the latest chapter might actually be him using Tsukuyomi.

danzo lied and it could have been misstranslation or he mistaken himself and thought is was tysokiyomi, people have been wrong before

Blaze release is not a separate technique. Itachi can control space and time in his tsukuyomi, that's not a separate technique. Sasuke's amaterasu control is better than itachi's, while itachi's tsukuyomi control is better.

Actually at susano'o release, itachi says that all three techniques took root in his eyes. But i know 100% that in some other panel he states that your right and left eyes need to have amaterasu and tsukuyomi, in order to use the susanoo.

EMS Does not give you a new Tech... that we know. EMS prevents the user from going blind and makes your Jutsus stronger as well.
