The So6P had to distribute his power between the two. if he had not given anything to naruto, sasuke would have two rinnegan instead of one.
though it was half power, what power did the sage give sasuke?...
apon receiving his next power up what else will be be able to do?
Lets examine his ability
He seems to have a teleporting ability but its not the case. it seems to lack in mobility so therefore is not as useful in terms of movement as FTG.
Sasuke has to be close to the object he uses the jutsu on in order to move where he wants to. This was also evident last chapter in this scan here.
"Lets stop him before he moves Go naruto!"
He needed naruto for two reasons...
1.He needs naruto to because naruto is faster and would get there before him.
2. He needed naruto to get close to use his jutsu on naruto so he could be close to madara.
This is what leads me to believe its not teleportation, but rather warping or inter dimensionally traveling through the world of limbo briefly.
The reason i say this is simple. Madara used a tactic that sort of works how sasuke's rinnegan works
Madara was able to warp or shift positions based on an object near his vicinity via limbo. Sasukes rinnegan seems to work similar to this fashion as seen here as he shifts places with his sword. look at the bottom panels on both pages.
In theory sasuke has limbo already.... its an incomplete form, but its limbo. it is incomplete due to the fact sasuke has one rinnegan.
In conclusion when sasuke receives his other rinnegan, he will have the full limbo with more advanced features.
