Rasen shuriken, kirin takes a lot of prep time, Naruto could use many RS before sasuke could perform kirin.

no one fireball into the sky and naruto has to get into sage mode to be able to throw it if he wants to run at sasuke than hes not gonna hit so yeah kirin deff

I hear a lot of people on Narutobase say that Kirin moves at the speed of light. That is way wrong. Kirin moves at the speed of lightning, which varies from 0.02% to 1% of the speed of light. Itachi didn't have time to dodge, but he had time to partially form Susanoo. This suggests to me that people like A, Third Raikage, KM Naruto, and Minato would be able to dodge Kirin.
I say Rasenshuriken is better because Kirin takes massive amounts of time and chakra to set up, unless there happens to be a lightning storm happening at the time.

When Sasuke gets a pokemon that can use rain dance, then i'll say kirin, but rasen is more of a flexible move to work with.

Think about it in terms of being able to survive the attacks: would you rather get burnt like a crisp and still have the ability to use charkra or would you rather have your cells blown to pieces and never be able to use charkra again.....rasen ftw.

Hmm interesting i think it was stronger because sasuke had better control of his nature but with rasenshuriken naruto gained that control unless he can still do more o do a stronger wind jutsu but i get what your'e saying they must come very close

I'm saying Kirin, it's worth the prep time, It was only blocked by Yata Mirror, I have a feeling it would devastate a lesser susano'o

Rasenshuriken is more readily availabe and is good for someone with big chakra (NAruto) but Kirin is an overall better ace in the hole
