Sasuke's 'kirin'or naruto's rasen shuriken,which is better and greater.

Both jutsus are deadly S-ranks jutsus and are one hit die jutsus.so which is greater.
Kirin is a n extremely powerful lightning technique,sasuke draws natural lightnin frm thunder clouds to supplement d power of his strike and controls it with his chakra.since it uses natural lightning,its speed reaches d ground at 1/1000 th of a second.zetsu said its probabli d most powerful lightnin technique and it hits almost instantaneously.although, it takes a long time to prepare if there is no rain bcos it requires usage of powerful fire jutsus to heat up d clouds...
Rasen shuriken on d oda hand is also d most powerful wind technique,it can cut through almost anytin and attacks enemies at a cellular level and it hits d enemies multiple times in a matter of seconds and has a very wide blast radius..rasen shuriken is nt as fast as kirin though.i think based on d elements wind beats lightning(nt sure) .so dis is what i knw about d two..its hard to choose which one is better and greater or more powerful. What is ur opinion..

Rasen shuriken, kirin takes a lot of prep time, Naruto could use many RS before sasuke could perform kirin.

Kirin takes forever to set up, but is awesome in the end (even though it was laughably stopped by susanoo ... which calls into question its actual power ...)

Rasenshuriken takes MUCH less time to develop and is spammable if you're naruto

Alright, I say Kirin is more powerful but rasenshuriken is more effective and quicker to form. But when kirin is activated, it's a dead set jutsu upon its target. Even itachi stated if it wasnt for his susanoo, he'd be finished.

I hear a lot of people on Narutobase say that Kirin moves at the speed of light. That is way wrong. Kirin moves at the speed of lightning, which varies from 0.02% to 1% of the speed of light. Itachi didn't have time to dodge, but he had time to partially form Susanoo. This suggests to me that people like A, Third Raikage, KM Naruto, and Minato would be able to dodge Kirin.
I say Rasenshuriken is better because Kirin takes massive amounts of time and chakra to set up, unless there happens to be a lightning storm happening at the time.

They both have their strengths and drawbacks:

Kirin:
Strength: Once it's launched it's nearly impossible to dodge.
Drawback: Takes a LONG time to set up.

Rasenshuriken:
Strength: Doesn't take long to create
Drawback: Dodgeable

Overall I'd say Rasenshuriken but it's only because you can use it faster.
