Well it was finally translated or so it seems. U_U

The name of Sasuke's switching ability is Amenotejikara and here is how it works

Amenotejikara (p. 230)
Amenotejikara (天手力 (アメノテジカラ), Heaven Hand Power (Amenotejikara))

Ninjutsu, Kekkei Genkai, No rank, Supplementary, Short to mid-range (0–10m)

Amenotejikara:

A ninjutsu using the Rinnegan received from the Sage of Six Paths. With in a certain range, the jutsu user can switch himself with the location of a target object in an instant. If the user switches himself with other objects in close-range combat, the user can evade enemy attacks in an instant, and can also attack by switching himself with a kunai or other weapon.

Kanji: Heaven, Hand, Power

It's funny though because at times it seemed like it required no object(i couldn't always see the objects he used to switch but maybe it was just me U_U).

Either way i guess it settles things though U_U

PS: Also Kaguya's dimension switching is called Amenominaka

I can't remember or figure out how to translate it). Using it consumes a huge amount of chakra, making it an eye jutsu only she can use.

Nah, there are definitely times where Sasuke seemed like he switched with nothing. Multiple times. Just goes to show that the databook should be taken lightly. Iksokirps posted a thread earlier that also had Kaguya's origin, which is pretty interesting if you haven't seen it already.

That hasn't confirmed anything.(but I am sure you already knew that judging from your source.) If you actually read the thread on NF, "Geg" said that it was inconsistent with what was shown in the manga, and that he wasn't a 100% sure with the translation.(he wanted to confirm with takL). Either way, Manga>Databook.

It wasn't the "object swapping" that was wrong(although the "object" could be something like a speck of dirt, or the air). The translation does not explain how he teleported Kaguya inbetween himself and Naruto, and Madara the same way. In those cases, he wasn't teleporting himself, but other objects.

plus there are times where it seems like sasuke teleported sth TO him,instead of teleporting himself to it...moment where he teleported madara between him and naruto...the same happened with kaguya...

or is it that he and naruto switched places and stroke madara and kaguya? not so sure about it

Judging by the way you brought up TakL means you're refering to a narutoforums convo, in which case i'm totally unaware off. My source come from the naruto wikia discussion however. I didn't know he was doubting in his translation at all. Either way considering Kishi was more involved in creating this databook than finishing his manga, i think it could be a credible source U_U

He didn't teleport Kaguya tho.. you mean how he teleported himself there?
