His KKG is different as the Chakra he inherited is different. It was already stated that the descendants of Indra are the Uchiha and as a result, they inherited Rikudou's Yin Release.
His KKG are different because he doesn't have the chakra Ashura inherited, without it he inherited a devolved version of the Rinnegan. Indra inherited diluted Sage chakra but it was still Sage chakra nevertheless.

It was not bcus Sasuke doesnt have Perfect Susanoo. He does have it. But his PS is equal in strength and power to BSM Naruto and both powered by Rikudou power.

Magic Garb Susanoo/Iso Susanoo just a PS covering Kurama. It still same Susanoo a PS and not V4 Susanoo or Final Susanoo.

Yeah, manga made it clear that Indra inherited Yin whereas Ashura inherited Yang whereas Rikudou is both Yin and Yang. It's still a different type of chakra whether you like it or not.

Sasuke's susanoo may have better feats but it's defense sucks because bijuu chakra that Sasuke took from the bijuus does not have a physical form so it needs susanoo to stay which is only ONE layer.
