Could sasuke swap someone's body part or parts (I want to be dirty and troll so bad >-<)?

Example:

Arm
Heart
Etc.

If so then Kishi giving Naruto healing abilities is a plus.
It makes perfect sense if they fight and he does this.

Its a bit gory or could be, but I want bit of gore in Naruto ._.
