its infinite because unlike normal izunagi sasuke doesnt go blind with one use and can infact use it endless he just has a time limit on it :|

It only shows Sasuke's Rinnengan at 9 when comparing it to the tomoe on Naruto's jacket. In all other cases it has been 6 or none and that's thanks to inconsistencies. Sasuke's Rinnengan has 6T
