Espadara here, to talk about Sasuke's controversial decision.

Now, Sasuke's main goal is to end the Shinobi System currently in place. Why?

Because Danzo was an example of how the Shinobi system is horrible. Danzo was forced to adapt himself to the Shinobi System, which is effectively the cause of the Uchiha Massacre.

Sasuke doesn't want someone like Danzo to come again.

As for the Biju, just remember the main reason the Uchiha Clan became prejudiced against was because Obito used Kurama to attack the village. Obviously, other people will use the Biju for themselves later, no matter where they try to hide.

Also, it was the Shinobi Wars that resulted in people like Rin dying, which led to Obito's fall in the first place. And it was the threat of a Fourth War that convinced Itachi to massacre the clan.

Except the War Arc presents the first time in history that the villages have been united. Gaara even called the Gokage out, and, they now see each other as allies, rather than individuals with compatible goals. Change has already begun, and without revolution.

Sasuke is not really like Danzo, though. Danzo did the dirty work for the village. He was given the authority by Hiruzen and the elders (thus, probably the feudal lord as well). He was a machiavellian. But he didn't use his KA and Izanagi to take over the world. As for the Uchiha massacre, it was said that the coup couldn't have been stopped. So it's either the Uchihas, or all Konoha. Sometimes there are no good choices, just "bad" and "worse". Danzo chose the bad- having the consent of the other leaders.
On the other hand, Sasuke is acting all on his own, and doesn't care about what others think/want.The shinobi system is already changing, they've formed an alliance and they follow Naruto. I think that the feudal system should be abolished: they'd elect Naruto as a leader, and he'd connect people through ninshuu- as the Sage planned originally. Ninjas were hired by feudal lords to fight, and they used ninjutsu for that. Naruto shall replace ninjutsu with ninshuu, connect people and stop the fighting- therefore, no need for the current village system. This is better than Sasuke's way of executing kages and becoming a dictator.

No matter, Sasuke cannot just eliminate the world's leader's without process. He becomes judge, jury, and executioner for everything.

Nothing good can come of his plan. Hell, he's about to kill his best friend just so he doesn't have to compromise, imagine how many people he'll have to kill in the resistance to his plan.

You can't destroy a mindset. Technically IT would be the only way to achieve something like that. There will always be issues and disagreements, Sasuke's plan will not change that.
