[Discussion] Sasuke's inquisition

Even if Sasuke gets acquitted for his crime the rest of the leaf rookies or at least team 7 will ask about why Sasuke's change of heart and his reason for his declaration of wanting to becme Hokage, BUT WHEN??!!
So my question is do you think that that the explanation will happen after or during the war?
