when i first saw the manga i glanced at it and was like could be rinnegan then i dismissed it but thanks to other post I was like oh shit sasuke but thanks to some people on this thread I see the hawk does not have the rinnegan take another look at it and then use naruto logic sasuke would have to have the rinnegan right now to for the hawk to have the rinnegan because they would share the perception but also people let there imagination run wild its a easy mistake for anyone to make its such a small picture

it just looks that way without colors, you'll see the difference in the anime - its not rinnegan, looks more like the uzumaki symbol than rinnegan anyway lol.
