Yes the hawk has rinnegan and is going to fight madara one on one as only another rinnegan user can oppose madara. The real hero of naruto is the HAWK. Ramen guy will be the one flying atop the hawk as he is the true so6p as well.

Sasuke's been operated on before, he knows how the process works.
