Why did Sasuke's hair change after he killed itachi? I liked sasuke's old hair style it was aloot better now he looks all emo and naggy..

Its not the animation if even in the manga his hairstyle changed. KIshi wanted to show Sasuke was a new person sort of, maybe thats why.

He changed hairstyles. It's rare for characters to change designs in a Shonen manga but Sasuke changed outfits and hairstyles multiple times in series. (Remember how his hair had a tint of blue when he was in his black outfit during Chuunin exams in part 1.)
I like the Hebi one better, but the new one suits his current character better. (Being insane and stuff.)
