Madaras was limbo and sasukes is ameno. It is nothing special or difficult with or without his full powered rinnegan.

Everybody wondered why he didn't use it, but until now I've never heard anybody suggest he couldn't use it because his eyes were weakened. He simply reacted to save his daughter, and didn't think about using susano'o.

That's not susanoo. That's PS. 3 tomes with ps. I don't see how sasuke can't use ribcage while he could spam ameno
